With years of success and experience in health, fitness coaching and laboratory science, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, laboratory testing and coaching to ensure the best results for our clients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come.

One-on-one fitness training with a certified Personal Trainer. Includes fitness assessments.
Small groups of 5 or less per trainer work as a team to complete each scheduled training session.
Dance your way to a healthier happy you in one of our fitness classes! Zumba and Line dance classes now offered!
Test panels to measure your general health and wellness along with other markers are available upon request. Certified Phlebotomists and trained Medical Professionals to provide on-site specimen collections.
Assessments are performed to record your weight, height, measurements and BMI and to monitor your progress throughout your program.
